Lately I have really been getting into drinking my fruits and vegetables. It is a best way for me to snack as I go throughout my day. This recipe has been requested and like the amazing blogger I am, I just had to share it. I was inspired by this RawsomeLife, since I was looking for new ways to work with hemp seeds.
- 1 Cup Frozen or Fresh Strawberries
- 2 Cups Spinach Leaves
- 1 Banana
- ½ Cup Almond or Coconut Milk
- 2 Tablespoons Hemp Seeds
- 1 Tablespoon Chia Seeds
- 2 Dates (Optional)
- Break up the banana into chunks.
- Throw everything into the blender.

Welcome to Fitness Fuel. The goal of this page is to amp up your lifestyle and taking it to the next level of healthy. Being in shape and healthy is not just a fad but should be a lifestyle change. I firmly believe that it is hard to start anew when your bad food habits are lurking, I am looking at you Cheetos. So I find the most effective way to successfully train yourself into eating healthy is through a pantry swap out.
Below is a few easy swaps you can make:
- White Bread- The better option would be whole wheat and the best option would be 12 Ancient Grain Bread.
- Oats- While a healthy option there is an even better form, Steel Cut Oats.
- Milk- Swap milk to Almond or Coconut milk. If you can’t totally make the switch to 1% or 2 %.
- Granulated White Sugar- Swap this out for Turbino Sugar, it is less processed.
- Corn/Vegetable Oil- Swap this out for Coconut Oil.
