Strawberry and Spinach Smoothie
Lately I have really been getting into drinking my fruits and vegetables. It is a best way for me to snack as I go throughout my day. This recipe has been requested and like the amazing blogger I am, I just had to share it. I was inspired by this RawsomeLife, since I was looking for new ways to work with hemp seeds.
Ingredients:
- 1 Cup Frozen or Fresh Strawberries
- 2 Cups Spinach Leaves
- 1 Banana
- ½ Cup Almond or Coconut Milk
- 2 Tablespoons Hemp Seeds
- 1 Tablespoon Chia Seeds
- 2 Dates (Optional)
Directions:
- Break up the banana into chunks.
- Throw everything into the blender.
- Mix until smooth and creamy.
- Enjoy!!!

Hello Everybody! As some of you know I started attending physical therapy after I had ACL surgery. I got to meet some wonderful people who got me back on my feet. They have gotten me to the best shape of my life and revived my love for a healthy lifestyle. As one chapter of my life is closing, I am almost completely done with PT, a new one is opening. I will be working with REA Training Methods and be posting some delicious and nutritious meals once every week. If you are in Monmouth County, you need to give REA Training Methods a try. Russell E.
